The bank will operate under the name First Clover Leaf Bank

First Clover Leaf Bank and Partners Bank would like to announce the completion of the merger of the two financial institutions effective October 10, 2008. The bank will operate under the name First Clover Leaf Bank.

Upon completion of the merger, First Clover Leaf Bank will have three locations in Edwardsville and one location in Wood River. The bank will have in excess of $600 million dollars in assets.
