The United Methodist Village is proud to announce the addition of Joy Brueggeman as Resident Services Director. In her new role, Joy will be responsible for planning and executing activities at the retirement community.
Joy was married on May 24, 2008 and currently resides in Wood River with her husband. She completed her bachelors degree in political science and history from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in August of 2008 and has a leadership background as the head coach of the East Alton-Wood River dance team for five and one-half years. Since accepting the position, she has thoroughly enjoyed working with the residents and will continue to serve them wholeheartedly.
Located in Godfrey, The United Methodist Village offers an activity program that is driven by the residents and their interests. Each day brings an array of choices whether it be live entertainment by the St. Louis Strutters or an active game of pinochle. Joy makes sure there is something for everyone at United Methodist Village.
