Liberty Bank will be holding its annual Fraud Prevention Week from March 16th through March 21st. The bank invites everyone to visit any of its locations throughout the week to take advantage of free shredding services, get assistance with obtaining your free annual credit report, view the latest fraud prevention videos and purchase tickets for a raffle basket to benefit March of Dimes.
On Friday, March 20th the bank will be hosting a seminar covering Identity Theft Prevention and Credit/Debit Card Safety. The free seminar is open to everyone and will be held at 10am at the bank�s Bethalto location, 353 West Bethalto Drive.
The Fraud Prevention Week will conclude on Saturday, March 21st with a Fraud Stopper Expo at Liberty Bank�s Bethalto location. The Expo is scheduled for 1pm-3pm and will include free games, crafts, face painting and a visit from Sam the Liberty Bank Eagle. Additional events with all profits going to the March of Dimes are a 1:30 Pie Eating Contest, in conjunction with The Cup restaurant, and Cake Walks beginning at 2pm. Music will be provided by Soul Purpose, who specialize in Motown classics.
