With over 25 years of banking experience, Rench has held executive positions with his previous employers, most recently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of a local bank. Experience in both large and small financial institutions has given Rench the ability to organize and grow in diverse banking environments. This experience will be critical as First Clover Leaf Bank continues to expand its community bank model.
