Start your Tuesday with all things local and regional as we highlight culture, community, and upcoming events!

At 9:20 AM, we welcome representatives from Hispanic Festival, Inc., the organization leading efforts to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15–Oct. 15) in the Greater St. Louis region. They’ll share details on upcoming programming, including the 29th Annual Greater St. Louis Hispanic Festival at Soulard Park, September 19–21, a flagship celebration filled with music, food, and family activities. We’ll also discuss the Hispanic Heritage Flag Raising at St. Louis City Hall on Sept. 15, on-going Día de los Muertos events, and the group’s year-round mission of providing scholarships, supporting youth, and fostering advocacy for Hispanic businesses and families.

At 10:10 AM, Kristen Burns of Wood River Main Street joins us to talk about the latest from the organization — from ribbon cuttings to community events that strengthen small businesses and downtown connections.

At 10:35 AM, we shift gears with Post 1308 to learn more about their massive Queen of Hearts Drawing and other upcoming events. The Queen of Hearts has become a community favorite, drawing crowds and creating excitement while supporting local veterans.

Catch it all live from 9–11 AM on Riverbender.com/TV or on demand anytime.
