On This Thursday in the Heart of the Riverbend, we are starting things off with Charles Hicks, a member of the local rugby club, the Mercenaries. They are currently looking for people to join their Rugby team. Charles will detail the work that has gone into setting up the team, plus he will fill us in on ways we can be a part of it! Then at 10:35, we are talking with Tyler Lafferty! Tyler will be filling us in on a ton! He is the head coach of CM and he will detail summer workouts, and what the fall season is looking like! PLUS Tyler is over at Wood River Park and Recreation now, and he will detail the transition, and what he is looking to do for the city!
