Mayor Brant Walker Reads Mississippi River Proclamation

The city of Alton has pledged to implement policies and procdures that aim to protect the environmental intregity of the Mississippi River. In honor of this pledge, Brant Walker delivered the proclamation at the April 13th city council meeting surrounded by the Sierra Club, city officials, and other community members.
