Eppel’s Pantry & Deli was recognized by the River Bend Growth Association with a ribbon cutting. The Growth Association or RBGA, uses ribbon cutting events as a way to spotlight the achievements and milestones of its member businesses. It’s hard to quantify whether the Thursday May 7 event was in recognition of a milestone or achievement because owner Jimmy Eppel’s constant quest to provide a higher level of customer satisfaction has both achievements and milestones coming and going in rapid sequence.
Joell Aguirre, Director of Member Services, congratulated Eppel on his successes and thanked him for his RBGA membership. After introducing his staff, Eppel introduced his wife Patty, son Jacob and daughter Sophie who were on site for the celebration.
Watch the video and see Aguirre skillfully draw the notoriously introverted Eppel out his shell to describe for us how he’s built Eppel’s Pantry and Deli into the place where everyone knows your name.
