On this Tuesday in the heart of the Riverbend... we are kicking the morning off with the Shannon Stelling, and the Home Builders & Remodelers of the Metro-East Association! We are creeping closer and closer to the Home Expo 2024! Shannon fills us in on the latest developments with the EXPO, PLUS she fills us in on what the Association has been up to, and the ways we can be part of this wonderful group! At 10:10, we are talking with River Bend Yoga! Coming up this Saturday... Yoga just for kids! Students will move through breath and movement practices to promote physical and mental health. Afterward, in this special two-hour Christmas Edition of KIDS Yoga, we'll celebrate the season with cocoa, crafts, cookies, stories, games, and gifts. At 10:35 we are talking with Heather's Zen Den! They will be filling us in on how we can join Louise M. Hamlin-Laird E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500, Y.A.C.E.P, Certified Master Sound Healer, Certified Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Personal Trainer; as she guides you in learning the art of deep relaxation through breath work, restorative yoga poses, guided visualizations, and the use of props to ensure optimal comfort. The event is on December 17th at 2 pm, at Heather's Zen Den!
