On this Thursday in the Heart of the Riverbend, we are joined in studio by Megan Tyler- Executive Director of Sacred Spaces of Care a newly formed organization that is working to build a community that is responsive to trauma and prioritizes mental health and wellness. Megan fills us in on why the organization was founded, and ways the community can help support and utilize them! In the 10, we are joined in studio by Troy Hughes Owner of We're Outside! The restaurant took the Riverbend by storm and Troy fills us in on how and why he started the business, discusses his menu, and his plans for the restaurant going forward!
