The Alton Road Runners hosted the 57th Annual Great River Road Run on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016. Led by Russ and Kathy Colona and founded by the legendary AHS track coach Jim Wigger, the race has become a holiday tradition after Thanksgiving. Runners from 26 states travel to Downtown Alton to participate.
