ST. LOUIS - The Alton Redbirds and Father McGivney Griffins played one another in their annual Busch Stadium game Sunday afternoon. The Griffins won the game by a score of 10-2, improving to 22-2 on the season. Alton slips to 14-11. It was McGivney's eighth win in a row while it continued Alton's losing skid to six games.
