Wanda L. Grossheim, 83, died at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at her home. Born on June 11, 1929 in Jonesboro, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Marshall and Ruby (Polston) Rogers. On September 14, 1957 she married Elbert “Bert” Grossheim in East Alton. He survives. Also surviving is a son, Kevin Grossheim of Godfrey, two daughters, Kim Rose (Bernie) of Windsor, CO and Kerri Brown of Godfrey, seven grandchildren, Jason Bramley (Kara) of Normal, IL, Jessica Lundy (John) of Fairbury, IL, Jacki Spies of St. Louis, MO, Jake and Myah Grossheim of Godfrey, and Cody and Cole Brown of Godfrey, three great grandchildren, Rylee and Reese Bramley, and Emma Lundy, one brother, Jim Rogers of Kane and one sister, Wilma Middleton (Pete) of Dow. She was preceded in death by a sister, Pat Williams. Visitation will be from 3:00-7:00 Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton where funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 25, 2013.
