Vicky Ann Crane-Aikin, 57, passed away 3:38 p.m. Thursday, January 22, 2015 at her residence.
Born in Wood River on September 29, 1957, she was the daughter of Leonard and Eula Mae (Reece) Lewis.
A homemaker, she enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.
On May 1, 2012 in Edwardsville, she married Larry Aikin. He survives.
Surviving also are a daughter, Danielle (Brent) Zimmerman of Cottage Hills; two sons, Christopher (Tara) Greer of East Alton, Joshua (Kristina) Crane of Alton; nine grandchildren, Mason, Gabriel and Anaiyah Greer, Hayden, Logan and Camden Zimmerman, Paxton Metz, Payton Crane and an expected new arrival, Nevaeh Greer; two brothers, Travis (Elaine) Lewis of O'Fallon, MO, Jerry (Jenny) Lewis of Staunton; a sister, Anita (Claude) Garcia of Kentucky; numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death were her parents and two brothers, Ray and Gene Lewis.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 5:30 until time of service at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.
