Tyler Scott Seibold, 29, of Wood River, IL, died at 11:09 a.m. Sat. May 23, 2015 at Alton Memorial Hospital ER.
He was born Feb. 11, 1986 in Alton, IL to Lisa Diane (Seibold) Belcher of Cottage Hills, IL.
Tyler worked as an Inspector for Team Industrial Services at Conoco Phillips.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by: an aunt, Bonnie Moss and an uncle, Randy D. Seibold of Cottage Hills and other extended family.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wed. May 27, 2015 at Paynic Home for Funerals where services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thurs. May 28, 2015. Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens.
