Trenna M. Harris, 48 of Glen Carbon passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2020 in
Wichita, Kansas.
Trenna was born on April 28, 1972 in Alton, IL. Trenna was a member of New
Bethel United Methodist Church in Glen Carbon and a member of the Daughters
of the Union. Trenna was very active in the Glen Carbon Community serving as
chairperson of the Glen Carbon Community Events Committee and supported the
Voice of Life, which helps people afflicted with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Most of all
Trenna was a loving wife, mom and grandma who adored her family and will be
remembered for the many special times they shared together.
Trenna is survived by and will be missed by her husband; Walter Brian Harris,
whom she married on September 25, 1993; her children, Chris Harris and fiance’
Jody of Wichita, KS, Zack Harris of Glen Carbon, Alexis Harris of Glen Carbon;
grandchildren, Luke Harris and Jake Harris both of Wichita, KS; dad, Kenneth R.
Deardeuff; brother, Keith and Christie Andrews; half sister, Katie Martin; half brother Kennie Deardeuff; half brother Jerome Jones; lifetime friend, Nikki Pellegrini and many other close family members and friends.
Trenna was preceded in death by her mom, Tina M. (Shake) Cannon-Pearl.
In celebration of Trenna’s life, a private visitation will be held on Saturday, August
15, 2020 at Irwin Chapel, 591 Glen Crossing Road in Glen Carbon. Funeral services
will follow on Sunday, August 16, 2020 at the funeral home with Dr. Penelope H.
Barber officiating. Burial will be in Glen Carbon City Cemetery. Memorial
donations are suggested to a scholarship fund for her grandchildren, Luke and
Jake.
