Tracy Rutherford

Tracy Alane Rutherford, 50, died at 4:54 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Alton Memorial Hospital. She was born December 8, 1966 in Alton the daughter of Ted Webb (Val) of Alton and Joyce (Admire) Webber of Charlotte, Michigan. She was a member of Open Door Fellowship Church. Her ministry in life was being a foster Mother and then adopting her two children. On March 19, 1994 in Alton she married Ronald Rutherford and he survives. Also surviving are two sons; Richy and Randy Rutherford, her in-laws; Charles and Beverly Rutherford of Moro, five sisters; Teresa Walker (Joel), Tammy Kenney (Chuck), Terri Zdanovich, Julie Bates and Amanda Harris, one brother; Teddy Webb, one step sister; Debbie Teeter, three step-brother; Bob Webber, Paul Webber and Randy Webber. She will be sadly missed by her Aunt, Uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her step-father; Richard Webber. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2016 at the Open Door Fellowship Church in Alton. Where Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2016 with Reverend Paul Maggos and Reverend Dave Landry Officiating.
