Timothy Jon Robertson, 51, of Edwardsville, Illinois passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 in Edwardsville.
He was born January 10, 1967 in Granite City, the son of the late Donald L. “Robbie” and Helen C. (Peters) Robertson. He married Michelle Lynn “Shelly” (Heisner) on May 26, 2001 at The Jewel Box in St. Louis and she survives. He had worked as a letter carrier and had over 10 years of dedicated service with the United States Postal Service.
He had a love of music and enjoyed attending many concerts throughout the years, enjoyed his days of fishing, cooking and attending family gatherings. He cherished his dogs, Lulu and Fiona and will be remembered for the love and special times shared with his family and friends.
In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by a daughter, Jenee Padgett of Wood River; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol and John Relleke of Granite City and Donna and Tim Streid of Granite City; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ed and Barbara Heisner of Fairview Heights; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Doug and Teresa Heisner of Waterloo; nieces and nephews, Rich and Patty Relleke, Rob and Jennifer Relleke, Ryan and Jill Relleke, Alyson and Richard West, Ashley Streid, Aaron Streid, Ella Heisner, Waylon Heisner and Mabel Heisner; great nieces and great nephews, Rhett Relleke, Lily Relleke, Tyler Theis, Hadley Relleke and Ava Relleke; aunt, Joan Schnyder; cousin, Charlie Schnyder; other extended family and friends.
In celebration of his life, cremation rites will be accorded and private services will be held.
