Thomas E. Antrobus, 82, passed away in the morning hours of Monday, October 1, 2018 at his home, with his loving family by his side.
He was born on June 10, 1936 in Alton, the son of the late Louis and Blanche (Craft) Antrobus.
He married the former Helen B. Clarkson on May 5, 1956 and together they had five children.
Surviving are his wife, Helen Antrobus of Grafton; five children and their spouses, Terry and Karla Antrobus of Elsah; Susan Bland and Mark Miller of Jerseyville; Tommy Antrobus of Grafton; Scott A. Antrobus of Springfield; and Rick E. Antrobus of Grafton; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three brothers and a sister in-law, Howard and Mary Antrobus of Alton; Charles Antrobus of Wood River and Don Antrobus of Glenwood; three sisters and a brother in-law, Janet and Jim Bryant of Wood River; Jean Oates of Godfrey and Sharon Flowers of Madison County; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Per his wishes, cremation rights will be accorded and no services will be held.
Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville is in charge of arrangements.
