Thomas Allen, 62, died Monday, June 22, 2020, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
He was born in Alton on July 11, 1967, and was the son of Hubert and Betty (Sears) Allen.
He was most recently employed as the Manager of The Woodlands Golf Club in Alton, a natural calling for Tom as he thoroughly enjoyed the game of golf. He also enjoyed following various sports teams, spending time with his family and will be remembered as an incredible father by his children.
Surviving are three sons, Zachary (Heather) Allen; Bryan Schaake and Danny (Holly) Allen, all of Springfield; as well as a brother and sister in-law, Donnie and Mary Kay Allen of Jerseyville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Roddy Allen.
Cremation rights have been accorded under the direction of Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2020, at Dolan Park Pavilion #1 in Jerseyville.
