Theresa A. Fleming, age 66 of Sorento, Illinois, passed away Monday night, April 20, 2026, at Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Greenville.

Theresa was born February 15, 1960, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon, Illinois. She was the daughter of John and Dorothy Quinn Burns. Theresa attended the local schools and got her GED. She was a home maker, raising her family, but also working on the family farm.
Theresa and Dennis Patrick Fleming were united in marriage on April 27, 1978, in Galveston, Texas. Surviving is their son Scott and wife Megan of Highland, Illinois.
She had a great love for her family, friends, and all of her animals. Theresa did work for a short time at the Belleville East High School in the cafeteria.
