Terry Lee Anderson 68 of Dorsey passed away Saturday June 29, 2013 at his home. He was born July 11, 1944 in Wood River, IL to Robert L. and Rose M. (Simpson) Anderson. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked for Bi State as a mechanic for 17 years and was a self-employed HVAC Tech for 30 years. He married Mamie Dowdy December 31, 2005 in Alton.
He is survived by his wife, Mamie Anderson of Dorsey, IL; son, Nathaniel Anderson of Lancaster, OH; 6 daughters, Pam (Aaron) Bechel of Bunker Hill; Kim (David) Weant of Bunker Hill, Terri McDaniel (Daniel Koss) of Bayminette, AL, Jeannette(George) Sronce of Brighton, Tammy (Walter) Simmons of Carbondale and Nichole (Michael) Stearns of Indiana; 16 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; step daughter Patricia Rook of Wood River; 3 step grandchildren; 2 brothers Robert (Dena) Anderson of Sierra Vista, AZ and Larry (Jenny) Kershner of Roxana.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Timothy Anderson.
