CMSGT Terry Glenn Hosford, 89, of Mascoutah, IL, born Saturday, October 24, 1936, in St. Louis, MO, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O Fallon, IL.
Terry proudly served his country for 30 years in the United States Air Force, achieving the distinguished rank of Chief Master Sergeant. Throughout his career, he was known for his exceptional leadership, integrity, and unwavering dedication to those he served with. His commitment to excellence and mentorship left a lasting legacy on countless Airmen who had the privilege to serve alongside him.
Following his military retirement, Terry continued his service to others as an Information Technology Manager for the Mascoutah School District. In that role, he brought the same professionalism, patience, and problem-solving spirit that defined his Air Force career, helping ensure that students and educators had the tools they needed to succeed in an increasingly digital world.
He was preceded in death by his:

Visitation: Visitation from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday, March 16, 2026 at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.
Funeral: Graveside Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2026 with military honors at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO with Father Jack McEvilly officiating.
