Terry Frank Hill, 61, died at 10:19 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 20915 at Alton Memorial Hospital. Born July 1, 1954 in Alton, he was the son of Frank and Marian (Stillwell) Hill. Mr. Hill served in the U.S. Army for several years. He was an assistant manager for Sears at Jamestown Mall until 2007. He loved cats and playing golf. On May 23, 1993 he married the former Beverly Thompson in East Alton. She survives. Also surviving is a sister, Judy Vahle of Alton and two nephews, Darin Vahle (Jamie) of Alton and Damion Gilligan (Laurie) of Alton. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2016 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. Reverend Steve Rice will officiate.
