Tammy Oseland

Tammy L. Oseland, 62, passed away, Thursday, January 18, 2024, at her home in Hartford.Born December 26, 1961 in Alton, IL, she was the daughter of Cecil Hulett and F. Eileen Williams.Tammy had been employed as a Registered Nurse. She was an animal lover and served on the Hartford Women’s Auxiliary and was a Red Cross Instructor.She married Clarence Arnold, Jr. in 1982, he preceded her in death in 1985.She was also preceded in death by her husband Bradley Oseland in 2012, two brothers; Cecil L. Hulett and Robert A. Hulett and sister Glenda F. Will.  She is surviving by her son, Clarence “Clay” E. Arnold III, five Grandchildren: Jordan Wallace, Chance Arnold, Jaidyn Wallace, Alexander Arnold and Juliette Davies, “bonus” daughter Jennifer Davies and nephew Steven Hulett.Visitation will be from 4-6 pm, Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.Funeral services to follow at 6 pm, Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.Cremation rights to follow.
