Susan Elizabeth Stockdale, 77, passed away December 21, 2023 at her home.
Born September 25, 1946 in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of Benjamin and Loretta (Moore) Press.
She had worked in the office of Flagstar Mortgage for five years.
She married Gary Wayne Stockdale on December 28, 1966 in Ferndale, MI. He died March 21, 2020.
Surviving are a son, Gary wayne Stockdale, Jr. of East Alton; and daughter, Elizabeth Stockdale of East Alton.
Her parents; husband; and three brothers preceded in death.
Private service were held at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.
Interment was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
