Susan Ponce

Susan F. Ponce, 76, of St Louis, Missouri, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026, at her home after fighting a long battle with Alzheimer

Born on March 8, 1949, to Fred and Anna Mae Ponce. She shared many cherished memories with her sister, Claranne (Sis), and long-term loving partner, Jim Schrage, all of whom preceded her in death.

Those who knew Susan (Susie), will remember her warmth, love of animals, and keen sense of humor. She was a devoted loyal fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues and loved attending games.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 18, 2026 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Edwardsville Moose Lodge.

Memorials may be made in her honor to the Madison County Humane Society in Edwardsville, Illinois.
