Susan L. Stephens, 56, passed away 10:35 a.m. Friday, June 4, 2016 at her residence.
Born in Wood River on June 29, 1959, she was the daughter of Ernest F. and Ethel L. (Troutwine) Floyd.
She had been a sandwich artist for Subway.
Surviving are a son, Cody Stephens of Alton; daughter, Raven Gerharz (Kat) of Alton; grandson, Zain; brother, Darrell Floyd of Louisiana; two sisters, Melanie (Scott) Richardson of Alton, Kathy (Wayne) Jennings of Gerald, MO.
Her parents and a brother, Samuel Floyd preceded in death.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 11 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.
