Susan Ann Cook, 65, passed away at 3:03 pm Saturday June 26, 2015 at Christian N. E. Hospital, in St. Louis, MO.
She was born on November 28, 1949 in St. Louis, MO, the late daughter of Steve & Betty (Rosselot) Trzecki.
She married Ernest C. Cook on December 16, 1967 in New Madrid County, MO; he passed away on November 30, 2009.
Susan enjoyed camping, fishing and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandson.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Janet & Thomas Devers of Moro; one grandson, Tyler Devers of Moro; a twin brother, Frank Stanley of Louisiana and one sister, Mary Ethel Eckern of Fortuna, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and one brother, Steve Joseph Trzecki.
Visitation will be from11 until time of funeral service at 1 pm on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto.
