Sue McClintock

Fieldon | Save

Sue Ann (Snyder) McClintock, 52, of Fieldon, Illinois and formerly of Hillview went to be with her Lord in the early morning hours of June 5th, 2017, leaving many broken hearts behind. Susie was married to John McClintock, her loving and devoted husband of nearly 10 years.  They married on July 26, 2008 in Carrollton.  She was a loving mother to Courtney Gansz Bull (husband John) and Aaron Gansz both of White Hall; Erikia McClintock of St. Peters, Missouri; Lance and Alex (AJ) McClintock of Jerseyville and John Michael McClintock of Moline, Illinois. She leaves behind nine grandchildren:  Kagen McClintock of Jerseyville; Dylan Riley, Mia, Liam and Cali Garcia all of St. Peters, Missouri; Courtney and Cory Smith and Chloe McClintock of Moline and little Miss Emma Bull who blessed her grandma’s life beyond measure just days before Susie left this world.Susie, the youngest of eight children, leaves behind several brothers and sisters: Randy Snyder wife Mary of White Hall; Debbie husband Marty Buchanan of Hillview; Cathy husband Jerry (Hooter) Hurt of White Hall; Diane husband Roy Monroe of White Hall; Sandy husband David Hicks of White Hall; Rodney Snyder of Hillview and her loving and devoted mother Dixie Snyder of Hillview. Susie also leaves behind her beloved former mother-in-law, Margaret Gansz.   Susie joins her cherished father C.L. Snyder of Hillview and brother Rick Snyder (wife Linda) of Hillview in heaven.  Susie leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews who will always remember that when Aunt Sue wanted a kiss you better just stand there and take it lest she would run you down and give you twice as many.  She leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles and cousins from both Illinois and Missouri that she adored.  Many hearts were broken in the early morning hours of June 5th and will be for many years but she’s with her loved ones in heaven that she missed dearly, mainly her beloved dad and surly brother Rick who by now is probably pretty frustrated by all the hugging and kissing.   Susie is having a great time in heaven with dad and Rick and the many grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins waiting for her that she has not seen for many years and whose company she has longed for.  What a reunion they are all having now!  Susie was a member of the Hillview Baptist Church.  She had great faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.  With her beloved husband by her side Susie was known for loving large.  What an attribute to heaven she is.Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 9, 2017 at Hillview Baptist Church with burial to follow in Pine Tree Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at Airsman-Hires Funeral Home in White Hall. Memorials may be made to the family. Condolences may be left online at www.airsman-hires.com
