Steven Dale Dwiggins, age 58, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016, at his home.Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 11, 2016, from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm at Staten-Fine Funeral Home in Alton with Pastor Charles West officiating.
