Married: Mary Wasko May 5, 1942 in St. Louis. She died Dec. 2, 2005.
Occupation: was an operator for Amoco Oil for 36 years, retiring in 1981.
Mmbrshps: He was a former member of the Wood River Moose Lodge and the Alton Eagles.
Survivors: He is survived by his children and their spouses, George Visnowski of Bolingbrook, Ill., Vicki and Fred Wiegand of Wood River, Geraldine Ressler of Atlanta, Ga., and Stanley W. Visnowski, Jr. of Victoria, Australia; his grandchildren and their spouses, Kim White and her husband Chris, Ann Payne and her husband Jeff, Jennifer Cox, and Steven Ressler and his wife Leslie; 6 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Mary Derogi of Florida and Sophie Winkler of Arizona.
Preceded by: his parents; wife; 2 sisters, Helen Kromray and Josephine Gutierrez; and a
brother, Joseph Visnowski.
Visitation: 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights, with a prayer service at 4 p.m.
Funeral: mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Bethalto

Burial: Rose Lawn Memory Gardens, Bethalto
