Shirley Susan Habig, 56, died at 3:58 p.m. Monday, July 5, 2021 at Integrity of Godfrey.
Born October 9, 1964 in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of Monte A. and Nina (Courtwright) Cobb.
She worked as a clerk and bartender for The Ridge convenience store in Alton and was a member of the Eagles Club.
On August 1, 2004 she married Jerry L. Habig. He survives.
Also surviving is a daughter, Kiley Cobb of Alton, two sons, Zachary Cobb of Alton, and Chad Cobb of Alton, two step-daughters, Nayla Cox of Alton and Jennifer Graves of Harford, IL, three step-sons, Jacob Graves of East Alton, Jonathan Graves of East Alton, and Nick Walsh of McHenry, IL, numerous nieces and nephews and numerous grandchildren.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two step-sons, Josh Morgan and Derek Fey, a grandson, Damion Michael Voss and a sister, Nina Rene Pervansky.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2021 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. Burial will be at Wanda Cemetery.
