Shirley Reagan, 82, of Alton, Illinois passed away Thursday evening with her daughter Terri Ray of Alton by her side.
Shirley is survived by her daughter Terri, grandson Brian Ray, grandson Alex Ray (Michael Miller), granddaughter Lauren Ray, niece Shirley Miller (Bob Miller) of Portland, Oregon, and nephew Richard Swank of Portland, Oregon.
Born December 9th, 1936 Shirley graduated from Normandy High School in St. Louis, Missouri in 1954. She would go on to retire from Schnucks Supermarkets in 2002 and later in life volunteer at Alton Memorial Hospital for more than ten years retiring in 2017.
Shirley loved spending time with her family and puppies. She was an avid Bunco player, faithful Catholic, loved watching Sunday sports, and could beat anybody in the St. Louis metropolitan area in a game of Phase 10.
A visitation will be held at Gent’s Funeral Home in Alton, Illinois on Wednesday, January, 2nd from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a service immediately following from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
