Shirley June Copeland, 79, passed away 11:18 p.m. Friday, October 2, 2015 at her residence.
Born on December 9, 1935 in Higbee, MO, she was the daughter of Earl and June (Kirby) Everett.
She married John "Bud" Copeland in Alton in 1968. He died December 28, 2012.
Surviving are four sons, Lance (Anna) Barry of Carterville, GA, David Copeland of Edwardsville, Dwayne Copeland of Godfrey, Jeff (Jenny) Copeland of Bethalto; 12 grandchildren, Madeline, Annabelle, Jennifer, Olivia, Brandon, Samuel, Joseph and Caeleb Copeland. Nick, Jake and Robbie Rowe and,John Richard Barry.
Her parents; husband; and a brother, William Everett preceded in death.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday. Pastor Ronnie Johnson will officiate.
Burial will follow in Wanda Cemetery in South Roxana.
