Sharon Marie Adams, 72, passed away at 12:20 pm on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at Fountain View Manor Memory Center in Granite City.
She was born in East Saint Louis on February 1, 1949, the daughter of Samuel and Rose (Markus) Adams.
Sharon was a special education teacher for Bethalto School District for 30 years until she retired.
She is survived by a brother, Mark (Diana) Adams of Edwardsville; and two sisters, Karen Adams of Wood River, and Christine (Jim) Velloff of Alton.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
No Services are scheduled at this time.
Memorials may be made to Marquette Catholic High School in Alton.
