Scott Billingsley, 49, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016.
Born Nov. 8, 1967 in Alton, he was a son of John E. Billingsley, Jr. and Cerilla “Cindy” (Farley) Billingsley.
He was a self-employed maintenance man for many years.
Survivors include a son, Bryan Singleton of Alton; a grandson, Tucker Miles Scott Singleton; 3 sisters, Lisa (Wendell) Aulabaugh of Alton, Cheryl (Gary) Barnard of Godfrey, and Valarie Crotchett of Jerseyville; two brothers, Douglas (Tammy) Billingsley of Alton and Berry (Camille) Billingsley of Joliet, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private family services will be held.
