Ruby Clark

Ruby Mae Clark, 78, died at 11:05 a.m. Monday, May 13, 2013 at her home in Alton. Born November 14, 1934 in Webster County, Mississippi, she was the daughter of Delbert and Lura (Marter) Brown. She married Bruce Clark on February 3, 1956 in Holly Springs, MS. He preceded her in death in 2005. Surviving are three daughters, Sandy Bregenzer (Larry) of Alton, Kim Hassell and her companion Gary Williams of Oklahoma, and Courtney Clark of Alton, four grandchildren, Cody Hassell (Ashley), Kelly Hassell, and Katie Cheyne (Landon) all of Oklahoma, and Riley Clark of Alton, three great grandchildren, Tori Cheyne, Alyson Cheyne, and Harley Hassell, and one brother, Curtis Brown of Little Rock, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and four brothers, Hubert, Billy, Otis, and Joe Brown. Services will be private. Gent Funeral Home in Alton is in charge of arrangements.
