Ruby Dickinson

Ruby Lea Dickinson, nee Sellers, 97, of Belleville, IL, born Wednesday, July 24, 1929, in Cherryville, MO, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2026 at Cedar Ridge Nursing Home in Lebanon, IL.

Ruby was a former member of Holy Family Church in Granite City, Illinois, and a member of the Business and Professional Women’s group. She also gave generously of her time as a volunteer at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Granite City, where she served for many years.

Throughout her professional life, Ruby worked as a bookkeeper for A & E Brakes in St. Louis, Missouri, where she contributed her skills, attention to detail, and dedication to her work.

Ruby’s long life was marked by her commitment to service and her involvement in her community. Through her volunteer work, professional contributions, and participation in local organizations, she made a lasting impact on those around her.
