Rose M. Phillips, 57, passed away 9:49 am, Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
Bin on March14, 1961 in Dover, NH. she was the daughter of Mervin August and Helen Grace (Casto) Becker.
A homemaker, she had worked for Harry's Disposal before retiring.
Surviving are a son, Thomas Smith Betsy Seeger); daughters, Tronda Minnie, Nicole G. Sevier and Allison Shotwell (Melinda Stockton); grandchildren, Tiffany, Timothy, Caleb, Kyle, Melissa and Malachi; and great granddaughter, Chloe.
Cremation services were accorded and a Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a later date.
Marks Mortuary in Wood River is in charge of arrangements.
