Roger Agee

Roger Dale Agee, 75, of Litchfield, IL, died at his residence on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 11:12 a.m.  He was born July 16, 1948, in Alton, IL to Charles Harvey Agee & Jewell B. McCord Agee.  He married Ona Noe Agee on September 7, 1970, in Alton, IL.  He was retired after having been a civil engineer for Ellsworth Air Force Base in SD.  He was a veteran of the US Army after having served in Vietnam. 

Roger was a member of the VFW of Staunton, IL, Moose Lodge of Litchfield, IL, DAV and American Legion of Litchfield, IL.  He is survived by his spouse, Ona Agee of Litchfield, IL, children, Jeremy Agee (Marissa Hair) of Anchorage, AK, Denise Simpson of Gillespie, IL, grandchildren, Opal Azbill, Eric Simpson, Nicholas Simpson, Matthew Simpson, Seth Agee, 11 great-grandchildren, siblings, Russell Lee Agee, Leslie J. Agee, Ronald Lewis Agee, Donna Sue Vargas. 

Roger was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, John A. Agee, Michael S. Agee, Charles W. Agee, Carol Jane Agee, Rhonda Lynn Agee, and Judith Marie Agee.  A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 12 p.m. at 4012 Illinois Route 16, Litchfield, IL, 62056.
