Robert L. Yates, 76, of Belleville, IL, born Saturday, March 5, 1949, in East St, Louis, IL, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2025 at his residence in Belleville, IL.
Robert was a United States Vietnam War Navy Veteran. He worked as a Passenger Transportation Specialist with the 618th Tanker Airlift Control Center at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. He was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Collinsville, IL.

Services: Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Kurrus Funeral Home, with Fr. Clyde Grogan officiating. Entombment will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, IL.
