Robert 'Keith' Mellentin, 48, passed away 8:47 p.m., Monday, October 10, 2016 at his residence.
Born in Wood River on October 21, 1967, he was the son of Robert Thomas Mellenthin of Carrollton and Mari Jean Darr of South Roxana.
He was an associate at Sam's Club.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a son, Jacob Mellenthin and daughter, Jordan Mellenthin both of East Alton;and a sister, Julie Masinelli of South Roxana.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, October 15 at Marks Mortuary in Wood River.
