Robert Michael Dumey passed away on January 22 at his home in Canaveral, Florida.
He was born on October 6, 1947 to Fred and Wilma Dumey in Sikeston, Missouri. He joined the Air Force during the Vietnam war and was stationed at Fort Ellis Air Force Base in Colorado and later in Thailand.
He was proceeded in death by his parents and two brothers. Phillip Dumey of Alton and Joseph Dumey of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
He is survived by 6 sisters and two brothers: Judith Kelly and husband David of Fosterburg, Carolyn Jane Farag and husband Gamil of Tampa, Florida, Elizabeth Schobernd of Alton, Steven Dumey and wife Ruby of Memphis Tennessee, Maria Pace and husband Mike of Godfrey, Dennis Dumey and wife Lois of Godfrey, Michelle Connor of Godfrey, Cheryi Platt and husband Jeff of Tucson, Arizona.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
