Robert “Bobby” R. Stout Sr.

Robert “Bobby” R. Stout Sr., 64, passed away at 10:25 am on Friday, September 6, 2013 at his residence with his family by his side.

He was born on April 12, 1949 in Pana, IL, the son of Louie G. & E. Pauline (Craig) Stout.

He married Janet M. (Davis) on March 19, 1966 in Plano, IL. She survives.

Bobby was employed at Plano Molding, he then started driving truck for Aurora Fast Freight, Chippers Trucking Co., R D Motors and also owned and operated his own tractor trailer. He enjoyed farming, raising cattle, and restoring old tractors, but most of all spending time with his family and friends.  

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Robert R. & Roxanne Stout Jr. of Squires, MO, William & Kristina Stout of Grand Ridge, IL and Lucas “Luke” & Patrick Stout of Decatur, IL; seven grandchildren, Robert R. Stout III, Richard R. Stout, Heidi Kaczanko, Holly Hagen, Rachel Stout, Samuel Stout, and Daniel Stout; two great grandchildren, Colton and Paziley; five siblings and their spouses, Norman & Judy Stout of Fillmore, IL, Mary “Florence” Keay of Plano, IL, Veda Stout of Ramsey, Louie “Joe” & JeLee Stout of FL and David & Diane Stout of Plano, IL and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Judy Crouch one brother-in-law, Ronnie Keay.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 pm Monday, September 9, 2013 at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Ramsey, IL

Funeral services will be held 10:30 am Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Ramsey, IL with Rev. Greg Shannon officiating.

Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Baptist Cemetery in Ramsey, IL.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
