Raymond Lee Hauschild, 83, of Edwardsville, IL, died at St. Anthony's Hospital, Alton, IL on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.
He was born July 16, 1941, in Dorchester, IL to Walter Hauschild & Mathilda Heyen Hauschild.
He was retired after having been a civil engineer for Illinois Department of Transportation. Raymond enjoyed hunting and farming.
He is survived by his twin sons, Mark Hauschild of Chesterfield, MO, Rich Hauschild of Irvine, CA, grandchildren, Brady Hauschild, Ava Hauschild, sister, JoAnn Tilashalski of AL.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Clarence Hauschild, Carl Hauschild, Earl Hauschild, sisters, Dorothy Weaks, Norma Padgett, Judy Douglas, Melva Reid.
Friends may call on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Gillespie from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. with a memorial service to follow at the church at 12:00 pm. Burial will be at Mayfield Memorial Park Cemetery, Carlinville, IL.
