Randall "R.B." Williams, 62, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

Born Apr. 2, 1956 in Wood River, he was the son of Jack and Janet L. (Childers) Williams.

He married Jan Easley on July 8, 2000.  She survives.

He loved spending time with his family, kids and grandkids, and he watched many favorite TV shows along with them.  He played for and was proud of the Roxana Football program, and he was a master at cooking chicken wings.  

In addition to his wife, Jan, he is survived by his mother, Janet Williams of Alton; a daughter, Lindsey (Craig Smith, Jr.) Williams of Wood River; a son, Joshua (Jocelynn Gallujp) Williams of Godfrey; a stepson Jared (Nicki) Novosel of Glen Carbon; his grandchildren, Aylexus, Taylor, Arielle, Reaghan, Sophia, Lilly, Maddox, and Roman; two great grandchildren, Aubrielle and Nicholas; two sisters, Lisa Bell of Alton and Laurie (Stan) Griffin of Waterloo, IN; nieces and nephews, Heather Hendricks of Alton, Corey Bell of Godfrey, Sarah and Samuel Griffin of Waterloo; and great nephews and a great niece.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Stacie Williams, his father, Jack Williams; and his close and dear friend, Dean Bush.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12 at Paynic Home for Funerals.  Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 13 at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Rosewood Heights.

Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.

Memorials may be made to Mid-America Transplant in St. Louis or Roxana Football.
