Ramona Lee hunt, 68, passed away 6:28 a.m. Saturday, October 15, 2016 at her residence.
Born in Herrin, IL on June 4, 1948, she was the daughter of Scott and Jean (Tweedy) Arview.
A self employed cosmetologist, she had worked at Mary's Beauty Shop in Wood River. She enjoyed crafting and crochet, traveling, playing BINGO and Elvis.
On May 31, 1968 in Wood River, she married Wayne Hunt. He survives.
Surviving also are a son Wayne Hunt, Jr (Kelly Chesney) of Litchfield; two daughters, Carla Urban of East Alton, Carrie (Patrick) Lyerla of Wood River; five grandchildren, Jordan Bruns (Joshua Brown), Tyler Urban, Tanner Urban, Alex Chesney, Lauren Lyerla; brother, Carl Arview of West Frankfort; two sisters, Darlene Morris of Tagaytay, SC, Darlene Trexler of West Frankfort; several nieces and nephews; and her canine companion, "CoCo".
Preceding in death were her parents; two brothers, Arthur and Dwain Arview; and a sister, Dixie Hale.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Marks Mortuary in Wood River. Rev. Daryl Fansler will officiate.
