Phyllis Nichols, 72, passed away at 8:32 am, Wednesday February 17, 2010 at her residence.
She was born on September 28, 1937 Oconee, IL the daughter of Ray & Wava (Martin) Nichols.
She worked as a secretary for the Department of Labor and traveled with her job.
She is survived by one sister, Marilyn Dwyer of Galt, CA; one nephew, James Delehanty of McFarland, WI; four nieces, Karen Delehanty of Edwardsville, Christine Langdon of Galt, CA, Cathy Schopp of Lodi, CA; and Debra Ulery of Wood River, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11 am Monday February 22, 2010 at Valhalla Memorial Park Cemetery in Godfrey.
Memorials may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
