Phillip C. T. Bush, 38, of Wood River passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
He was born April 4, 1980 in Alton, IL to Randy D. Bush and Barbara A. (Carter) Bush. He married Amanda Newby July 15, 2006 in East Alton, IL.
He is survived by his wife Amanda Bush of Wood River; three sons, Carter Thomas Matthew, Randy Duane, and Matthew David Bush; sister, Deann (Bill) Garland and three aunts, Dena Bush, Donna (Brian) Ewing and Cindy Wells and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Pv2 Matthew Bush.
A memorial visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of services at 3 p.m., Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Paynic Home For Funerals in Rosewood Heights.
A memorial fund will be set up for his boys in the coming days.
